I first had the idea of creating Beau Magazine in Year 12 at high school. I went to brighton Grammar in Brighton, Victoria. Great area, great kids. I hope to one day meet Jamie Oliver and Matt Skinner who both gave me a passion for good food and fine wine. I hope this magazine can be something special one day.
